Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy. You can return your package within 14 days after you've received it.
Please contact us as soon as possible in order to proceed with the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without contacting us and requesting a return first will not be accepted. Requests after the 14 day return window will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags. You should have the original packaging and ship the item back in it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under EU consumer law, and our return policy is fully aligned with this minimum. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Upon withdrawal, we will refund the price of the item plus the original standard shipping cost you paid. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if there is any damage, defect, missing item or if there is any other cause of concern, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized items are not eligible for a return or an exchange. Please contact us if you have any issues with your customized items and we will try to assist you and find a suitable resolution.
Exchanges
We do not make exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what is best suited for you is to return the item you received and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take 1-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU Right of Withdrawal (see above). To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are outside the EU and wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within one business day and we will let you know if we can fulfill your request.
