WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

Processing Time

Our products are made to order and need 5-7 business days to be created with attention in the atelier. 

Items will be shipped to the address you have provided in your order.
If you need to make a change in the address after you've placed an order notify us as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

Once your piece is ready to ship it will reach you within:

EU countries: 2-5 business days;
USA + non-EU countries: up to 5 business days;
Pacific region: up to 7 business days;

You can track your package at any time with the tracking number you receive by email after dispatch. 

Shipping prices

Standard shipping is free in selected countries.

If you’d like to receive your order sooner, we also offer express shipping. Simply select the express shipping option at checkout for just €25 and enjoy faster delivery.

Duties & Import Taxes

We ship worldwide from Bulgaria, Europe using third party carriers (DHL, USPS & Deutsche Post).

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please check your local laws & regulations related to receiving packages from an European Union country.

United States: All US orders are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs duties, import taxes and related fees are included in the price of your order. You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.
